Crack Fill
Stop small cracks before they become expensive failures.
Crack Fill
A crack in your asphalt is not a cosmetic problem β it's a water infiltration point. Water enters the crack, saturates the base material, and when temperatures drop, it freezes and expands. This freeze-thaw cycle widens cracks, undermines the base, and creates potholes. Crack fill is cheap insurance against this entire chain of events.
We use hot-pour rubberized crack filler that's heated to 380Β°F and flows into cracks, bonding to both sides. Unlike cold-pour products, hot-pour filler remains flexible through temperature extremes β it expands and contracts with the asphalt rather than becoming brittle and falling out. For larger cracks, we route the crack edges first to create a clean channel that holds filler better and extends the repair life.

Why It Matters
Crack fill applied at the right time β before sealcoating, before winter β is the highest-ROI maintenance activity in commercial pavement management. A $500 crack fill treatment on a lot that would cost $80,000 to replace is a straightforward decision.
